SCOPE OF WORK: DUBSADO VIP DAY
There was absolutely no automation in Victoria Morgan’s interior design business, and it was quite cumbersome. She had a few templates, questionnaires, and forms saved, but no workflows – everything was only being sent when she sent them. Victoria also wanted triggered workflows for scheduling, sending out info, SOWs, and LOA, and she wanted to just plug in a few key details of every project and then have her CRM take over with next steps.
